I would consider the 2X4's a performance/durability upgrade.   :floor:

2013 Polaris Switchback Assault 144 800
2007 Polaris Switchback 600 Wife's sled
1997 Arctic Cat Puma DLX 340 has more time on it last  season than the above sleds.

yea - I'm thinkin some hi grade 2x4's ought to hold pretty well in there and fix up that m-module slicker then snot on a doorknob

Dude, the 2x4's are temporary, right ? There is a reason BRP doesn't use wood tunnels.  :smartass:

Actually - I'm almost done on the chassis.  Maybe I'll post pics later this weekend before I start reinstallin the motor.  doesnt seem to be turnin out bad at all.  I'll let you guys critique :eek:
