Intake/Carb/Throttle Body Boots
« on: March 20, 2015, 01:33:23 PM »
Guy I sold the Dragon to found a delaminated T/B boot. It was installed less than 5000 miles ago.

The dealer he uses told him he recommends to ALL customers no matter what brand to change the boot EVERY year because even "updated" ones from all manufactures are separating after a season and are basically junk.

Just a heads up!
I understand the dilemma. Correct spelling takes time that could be spent licking the windows on the short bus.

Common problem on Polaris flanges, especially in the 2004-2010 or so model years.  Not seeing it as common from the other manufactures (they have different problems...).

OEM was installed by the dealer during an in warranty top end refresh.
